All about Brie………..
Brie has a superior pedigree
Brie is a very well bred dog with a superior pedigree. Brie’s breeding is a combination of American and West German Showlines making her an outcross. I use both American and German Showlines to create a dog with the heavier bone structure of the West German lines and the more calm temperament of the American showlines. Brienne of Tarth aka Brie is a Malibu daughter sired by Multi Sieger Champion VA1 Schumann von Tronje. In 2015 he won the German Shepherd Dog Club of America National Sieger Show and in 2014 he won the German National Bundesseiger show before he was imported to this country.
She was one of the puppies from our Game of Thrones litter. She is the granddaughter of AKC GSDCA ROM Champion Kysarah’s Rolling Stone. Brie’s mother, Dirigo Malibu Beach Vacation, is a daughter of AKC Register of Merit Champion Kysarah’s Rolling Stone and there are 73 champions in 6 generations on Malibu’s pedigree. Brie is physically a beautiful dog. She has the very typical West German Showline coloring but has a more refined head than most female German Shepherds of the imported lines. Her nicely pigmented red and black coat is a deep heavy plush. She absolutely loves grooming, and is very accepting of having her toenails clipped which a lot of dogs do not like. When I pick up a brush, she comes right over and stands to be brushed. We jokingly call her a “girly girl” around the kennel.
